A poem for my mom

You didn’t raise a dummy.
Even when I fed my tummy,
With bears full of gummy,
And, threw up cause I felt crummy

You have been a good chummy,
Even when you slapped my bummy,
And, made it go numby,
It made me mock you humbly

You put up with me when I played my drummy’s,
And, my teenage years when I was scummy,
You told me not to suck my thumby,
That’s why I love my mummy.
On your day you’ll get chocolate instead of rum-y
